Be part of something special:
The best inter-company twilight sailing regatta series on Sydney Harbour. Race over 3 Thursday evenings in either October / November or February / March. Experience yacht racing on beautiful Sydney Harbour onboard our state of the art, 10.8m Sydney 36 and BRAND NEW 12.2m Beneteau First 40 racing yachts. Invite guests to race or to enjoy sponsored wines onboard our luxury spectator boat, MV Yarranabbe. Each yacht will sail with a crew of 8 guests plus an experienced EastSail skipper. There are 3 places available per entry on board the spectator boat, MV Yarranabbe. The crews are then invited to the Cruising Yacht Club for dinner and presentations after the racing. No prior sailing experience is required.
The 2010 / 2011 series dates are:
- October 21st, 28th and November 4th 2010 or
- February 17th, 24th and March 3rd 2011
The racing programme includes 2 races each evening followed by dinner at The Cruising Yacht Club of Australia and is an ideal forum in which to:
- Motivate and reward staff
- Entertain your clients
- Promote your corporate identity
- Network with other leading Sydney corporates
- Have a great time and socialise with like-minded people
The entry fee includes:
- Racing on board yacht in your selected division – either Beneteau First 40 or Sydney 36 yachts for six races held over three Thursday evenings
- 8 crew aboard each yacht for a great corporate sailing event
- Up to 3 spectators aboard the luxurious MV Yarranabbe each evening
- Cold drinks aboard the yachts, and wines sponsored by CBD Cellars aboard the spectator vessel
- Post sailing BBQ dinner at the Cruising Yacht Club for the racing crew and spectators
- Sponsored prizes each week including a major prize draw at the end of the series
