Sails and Ales...Once a month we run monthly 'try sailing' sessions, a great way to get out on Sydney Harbour aboard one of our beautiful yachts and a chance to meet other people who enjoy sailing and check out our school!! The next one is on Saturday Monday April 10th or Saturday May 8th - come down at 1.45pm to join our afternoon social race (bookings essential) with others who have completed our sailing school courses. Cost $75 pp including post sailing BBQ and drinks. If you then decide to learn to sail with us we offer a $15 rebate on the cost of the course. Until September we run these sails and ales races on Saturday afternoons. From October these sessions are run on a Monday evenings. RYA Start Yachting Course
Previous Experience Required - None. We will teach you to sail on Sydney Harbour!

Ability After Course – Basic sailing experience and understanding
of sailing terms, relevance of wind direction & speed to sailing, points
of sail, basic knots, manoeuvres of tacking and gybing, right of way
rules, rigging and preparation for sailing. |

Taught on beautiful Sydney Harbour, this beginners course covers the fundamentals of sailing. You will be at the helm of our exciting Beneteau yachts right from the first lesson and comfortably accomplish all the basic manoeuvres of sailing by the end of the course. There is a maximum of 4 students plus an instructor on each yacht.
Course Duration - 18 hours - Comprising four x 3 hour on board practical lessons plus a 3 hour theory lesson plus a FREE EastSail club race

Cost :
- $499 inclusive per person
- $485 per person for 2 people learning together
- $475 per person for 3 or 4 people learning together
Course Dates : Courses begin every week. Flexible booking structure, but a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or postpone a booking.
Courses valid for 12 months and Packages valid for 18 months from date of purchase. Prices are valid until 12/09. Refunds are not available. Please note prices are subject to change without notice
