The course teaches students to use small boat Radar to assist decision-making in navigation, pilotage and collision avoidance. Includes "hands on" training on a new Raymarine E120 in the classroom which is integrated with a Chartplotter overlay, AIS and MAPAR.
Ability After Course: To be able to use a radar system on a small vessel to perform basic navigation, pilotage and collision avoidance
