Start Yachting Course & Competent Crew Inshore Course
For postponement of any lessons from these courses for any reason including illness or work commitments, the following will apply:-
Postponement outside 48 hours - No penalty
Postponement inside 48 hours notice - $60 fee unless your place is filled or you may wish to rebook a standby lesson. (Standby lessons may only be booked within 24 hours of desired lesson time). Cancellation of a standby lesson automatically forfeits the lesson.
Competent Crew Offshore, Dayskipper, Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster Practical
Require 30 days written notification which must be acknowledged by us for notice of postponement or cancellation.
Other offshore courses and overseas hoilidays - please check at time of booking. These trips generally require >60 days notice of cancellation.
Club Racing
Requires minimum of 4 hours notice for cancellation or postponement or the race must be paid for.
Theory Courses and One day courses
May vary from course to course, unless otherwise advised postponment requires 14 days written notification which must be acknowledged by us.
Payment
Courses are valid for 12 months and packages valid for 18 months from date of purchase. Courses must be paid for in full prior to commencement and packages must be paid for in full prior to commencement of the second course of the package.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for any reason.
Privacy
All student information will be held private and will only be used by EastSail to communicate with students via phone, post, email or newsletter.
